Job Description

Role – RETAIL VALUE CUSTOMER BUSINESS MANAGER c£50k + £6k car allowance. + Excellent Benefits (HOME BASED WITH FLEXIBLE LOCATION) * ESTABLISHED GROWING BUSINESS * EXPERIENCE IN A FAST PACED FMCG ENVIRONMENT ESSENTIAL * FLEXIBILE LOCATION - ONE DAY PER WEEK IN MIDLANDS TO ATTEND SALES & MARKETING TEAM MEETING Our client is a leader in their field and due to continued growth, have an exciting new role. They are seeking a driven and results-oriented Customer Business Manager to manage the Retail Value accounts including Iceland, Poundland, B&M, Savers, TJ Morris and The Range and One Beyond. Duties and Responsibilities * Must be able to demonstrate strong Sales & Account Management within FMCG * Experience of forecasting with a high level of accuracy * Develop and implement joint annual business plans with customers in line with the business and brand strategy. * Ability to leverage point of purchase drivers – Range, Distribution, Price, Space and Promotions to maximise sales & profit. * Able to analyse market and customer data and create compelling Brand and category stories. * Strong commercial acumen, high energy and knows how to get the best out of people. * Embraces and is excited by constant change and being part of a small but highly capable team that is building a branded business together. Must be able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks. * Displays high integrity and always delivers. Thinks laterally about how to create value. * Experience of managing accounts in this sector is preferable. * Retail Value accounts include Iceland, Poundland, B&M, Savers, TJ Morris and The Range and One Beyond. Skills and Experience * Strong commercial capability, able to demonstrate rationale for thinking. * Able to demonstrate outstanding P&L management. * Great communicator; internally, externally, multi-level & cross functional. * Bias for action; able to Inspire others & an advocate of teamwork. * High level of tenacity and creativity to seek out opportunities to drive growth. * Excellent organisational skills required. * Must be a resilient and driven individual, who thrives in a fast-paced environment. * Competent user of Microsoft Office If you feel you have the skills and experience necessary, please upload your CV in the first instance
