Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer concerns and offer tailored solutions.
Work collaboratively with the sales and support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback within the CRM system.
Provide detailed information about available products and services to enhance customer retention.
Meet or exceed individual and team retention targets.
Identify opportunities for up-selling or cross-selling additional services.

A successful Retention's Agent should have:
Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales-related role.
