Job Description
Our client are an award winning organisation with a passion for energy efficiency. They are currently looking for ambitious Retrofit Assessors who want to build a long-term career within the retrofit industry.
Location: West Midlands (with travel as required)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Job description:
* Completing Retrofit Assessments in line with PAS2035 requirements.
* Carrying out detailed property surveys using the latest digital tools (including Matterport 3D capture).
* Gathering accurate data to support Retrofit Coordinators and Designers in delivering effective energy efficiency strategies.
* Engaging with residents to ensure a smooth assessment experience and providing professional advice where appropriate.
* Working collaboratively with our wider team to achieve high-quality outcomes for clients.
Person specification:
* A minimum of Level 3 Domestic Retrofit Assessor qualification (essential).
* A passion for energy efficiency, sustainability, and the retrofit sector.
* A professional, detail-focused approach to surveys and reporting.
* Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with residents and clients.
* A proactive and positive attitude, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
