Retrofit Technical Solutions Advisor
📍 Hatfield | 🕐 Full-time, Monday to Friday | 💰 Up to £45,000 + benefits
We’re looking for a Retrofit Technical Solutions Advisor to support the delivery of energy efficiency projects in line with PAS2035 standards. This is a key role for someone with Retrofit Assessor and Coordinator experience who wants to make a practical impact on how retrofit is delivered — with quality, compliance, and sustainability at the core.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead on Retrofit Coordination for live projects, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance
*
Carry out or support Retrofit Assessments, identifying suitable improvement measures
*
Review and verify documentation to meet PAS2035 standards and audit requirements
*
Provide quality assurance on assessments, coordination, and design work
*
Work closely with project managers, contractors, and internal technical teams
*
Monitor project progress, flag issues, and suggest improvements
*
Support procurement with technical insight on sustainable materials and suppliers
*
Stay informed on industry developments, funding schemes, and regulatory changes
What You’ll Need:
*
Retrofit Assessor qualification and hands-on experience with live projects
*
Retrofit Coordinator qualification (or currently working toward it)
*
Solid understanding of PAS2035, building regulations, and energy efficiency practices
*
Strong documentation, reporting, and organisational skills
*
Ability to communicate effectively with teams, contractors, and stakeholders
*
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to multiple sites
