 Are you a talented Retrofit Designer looking to take the next step in your career? One of the UK's leading built environment consultancies is on the lookout for a Retrofit Design Lead to join their growing team and make a real impact on the country's decarbonisation and retrofit agenda. 

 This is your chance to lead high-profile, complex retrofit projects across social housing and public sector properties, including higher-risk buildings, while shaping the future of the retrofit service offering.

About you:
Qualified Architect (ARB/RIBA) or Chartered Architectural Technologist (MCIAT).
Strong Revit skills and proven experience leading retrofit projects.
Confident navigating PAS2035, Building Regulations, Building Safety Act, and higher-risk buildings.
Experience in social housing or public sector projects - you know the challenges and how to solve them.
Naturally collaborative, you thrive in multi-disciplinary teams and can mentor others.
 Desirable but not essential points: 

Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination & Risk Management.
Multi-disciplinary consultancy experience.
