We are currently seeking an experienced Returns Administrator to join our sister company, Platinum Components and take full responsibility for managing all Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) processes. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organised, and has prior experience in administration, particularly in a returns or logistics environment.

Log all incoming RMA requests and maintain up-to-date records
Provide and request RMA numbers from suppliers or customers
Arrange and coordinate return shipping
Handle and process incoming credit notes
Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve return-related queriesWhat we're looking for:
Proven experience in an administrative or returns administration role
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Excellent communication and organisational skills
