Excellent opportunity for a Revenue Operations Manager with strong B2B SaaS experience to join a global data technology business in a highly strategic role where you will build and optimise the systems, processes and reporting that power predictable revenue growth.
This company is a fast-growing technology business that helps enterprise organisations unlock more value from their customer data. Working with major global clients across sectors such as financial services, retail, travel, healthcare and telecoms, they provide technology that helps businesses improve customer insight, marketing performance, fraud prevention and data-driven decision making.
In this role, you will own the operational architecture behind the company's go-to-market engine. You will work across Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, Finance and senior leadership to improve lead flow, attribution, qualification, account targeting, pipeline visibility and revenue reporting. This is not a basic CRM administration role. It is a strategic and hands-on RevOps position focused on building scalable infrastructure that improves how the business generates, manages and converts pipeline.
The ideal candidate will have strong Revenue Operations experience within a B2B SaaS, technology or high-growth environment. You will have hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM, Clay, data enrichment tools, outbound sales processes, funnel reporting and GTM systems. You will be comfortable working closely with senior leaders, building dashboards, improving processes and using revenue data to drive better commercial decision making.

The Role:
Own and optimise the revenue operations framework across Marketing, BDR, Sales and Partnerships
Design and improve lead management, routing, attribution, qualification and lifecycle processes
Manage HubSpot CRM, Clay, Gong and wider GTM systems, workflows and integrations
Build automated reporting and dashboards covering pipeline, conversion, productivity and revenue performance
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and leadership to improve funnel visibility and revenue predictability
The Person:
Revenue Operations experience within B2B SaaS, technology or high-growth environments
Strong hands-on HubSpot CRM experience, ideally with Clay, Gong and data enrichment tools
Experience improving lead flow, attribution, pipeline reporting and GTM processes
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn revenue data into clear commercial insight
