Revit MEP Technician - Bristol
A leading Building Services and Sustainability Consultancy in Bristol is looking for a Revit MEP Technician for an immediate start.
The ideal Revit MEP Technician will have at least two years' experience and have a good understanding of HVAC, Electrical and Above Ground Drainage.
They are open to someone on a freelance or permanent basis.
Role
Creating detailed models, drawings, schematics, and layouts of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) services.
Participate in clash detection meetings and use Navisworks to coordinate the MEP services with architectural and structural elements.
Help maintain BIM standards and ensure models are compliant with client requirements.
Regularly update models and drawings to reflect design changes or site conditions.
Assist with "as-built" drawings after construction is completed.Current projects include listed buildings, hospitals, hotels, and schools, so previous experience in these sectors would be great.
This role will require attending their office a few times a week, which is located a few minutes walk from Bristol Temple Meads stationBefore You Apply
