Job Description
The role : M&E REVIT Technician ( Building Services )
Location: City Centre Liverpool
Company: Large independent building services practice
Duties:
* You will work on Building Services design projects, commonly within commercial and critical systems sectors.
* You will be responsible for producing detailed mechanical and electrical drawings of Building services for new build and refurbishment schemes.
* You will receive schematics from the design team and will ideally be able to turn these into GA drawings with minimal supervision. You will assist with internal design team meetings, you may also get to visit sites to assist with any technical questions.
* You will be a proven REVIT technician in the Building Services industry and you will have worked in a design consultancy or an M&E sub-contractor
* If you have co-ordination or design skills this would be beneficial.
* You will be joining a strong Cad team of 5 technicians ( across 3 northern offices ) who have a mixed skill set including AutoCad and REVIT MEP.
* You would need to have a good understanding of and ideally three year's worth of REVIT MEP experience.
