The role:
Reporting to the Production Design Manager, this position will be joining our experienced Production Design Team taking new projects from Pre-Construction design through to completion and handover. Producing contract and construction drawings for use by all operations departments. Furthermore, this role will be producing 3D technical drawings for modular construction schemes ranging from £500k - £10m+ in Revit.
Key responsibilities:
* Collaborate to create planning and technical drawings for modular constructions (£500k - £5m+) using Revit.
* Coordinate with Design teams on structural, BCO, M&E, and architectural requirements, integrating input into scheme drawings.
* Translate sketched designs into practical solutions using the approved Build System.
* Generate Revit schedules for project costing, carbon analysis, and waste management.
* Research and implement technical details for material fixings, component performance, and construction details.
* Monitor and estimate project work hours for quoting purposes.
Key skills and experience required:
* High level of fluency in Revit and image editing / desktop publishing software
* Very high level of attention to detail and excellent communication of ideas
* Passion for sustainability in construction and building performance
* Good levels of experience that demonstrates competence
* Minimum Architecture Part II Qualification or equivalentBefore You Apply
