Job Description

The Reward Advisor will play a key role in the People department, focusing on managing and enhancing reward and benefits programmes within a global business. This role offers hybrid working. You'll be operating as part of a global people team, working for a company recognised for its focus on employee satisfaction and innovative approaches to workforce management. Your immediate team are high energy, high impact and will all be there to support you in your journey with the business. Description The Reward Advisor will: Support the design, implementation, and management of reward and benefits schemes. Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures. Provide advice and guidance to managers on compensation matters. Analyse data to monitor the effectiveness of existing reward programmes. Collaborate with external providers to manage benefits offerings. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on reward strategies. Support annual salary reviews and bonus processes.Profile A successful Reward Advisor should have: Proven experience in a similar role within Human Resources. Knowledge of reward, compensation, and benefits management. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills. Proficiency in HR systems (ideally SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Excel.
