Job Description
I am currently seeking an experienced Reward Consultant to support a client with a 4 month transformation project. The role will be looking at the pay structure, cost analysis, working alongside finance colleagues, benchmarking and setting recommendations for the implementation plan of the grading proposals.
Experience in the following areas is essential for this project:
Grading Structures
Stakeholder Management
Data Analysis
Employee salary / Pay benchmarking
Report Writing
Start: Immediate
Salary: £45,000 per annum (pro rata)
