Reward Manager | £60K–£65K + Bonus | Hybrid (2 Days Office)
We’re working with a fast-growing, reputable organisation on the search for a Reward Manager to lead compensation, benefits, and recognition activity while managing an experienced payroll team.
This is an ideal step-up for someone in their first or second managerial role, looking to make an impact in a business with ambitious growth plans — £800M to £1.8B over the next 3–5 years.
Location: Hybrid – 2 days a week in the office
Salary: £60,000–£65,000 + discretionary bonus
Team: Manage 2 Payrollers | Report to HR Director

What You’ll Do:
Manage the monthly payroll cycle for 1,300 employees & pensioners
Deliver pay reviews, incentives, and recognition programmes
Oversee and evolve benefits packages based on employee feedback
Support the Pension Trustee on defined benefit schemes
Lead wellbeing initiatives and maintain compliance with reward policies
Partner with HRBPs and senior stakeholders to deliver business-aligned solutions

Strong leadership skills — ideally from high-volume environments
Confident managing comp, bens, pensions, and payroll processes
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
