Job Title: Reward Partner

* Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 per annum + Benefits + Bonus

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Reward Partner to join a prominent Northern Ireland-based manufacturing organisation. This is a commercially critical role designed for a reward specialist who excels at balancing strategic project delivery with operational excellence.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
* Deliver end-to-end Annual Salary Review (ASR) and bonus plan cyclesDesign, implement, and maintain job architecture and levelling frameworks.
* Perform salary benchmarking and market analysis reports.
* Lead key reward projects including pension scheme consolidation.
* Ensure strict compliance with SOX controls, internal/external audit, and pay legislation.
* Partner with HR & Finance on cost modeling, budgeting, and monthly bonus accruals.
* Manage and develop a Reward Advisor.
Your Skills & Experience:
* 5+ years’ experience in a dedicated Reward / Compensation & Benefits role.
* Proven track record in job architecture, benchmarking, pay reviews, and pension governance.
* Advanced Excel capabilities with experience using SAP or SuccessFactors.
* Strong knowledge of equal pay laws, pay governance, and audit compliance.
* Exceptional stakeholder management and data analysis skills.
