As the company continues to expand, they are looking for a proactive and skilled engineer to join the team-someone who can confidently manage the end-to-end design and delivery of wireless communication systems and bring both technical know-how and project management capability to the table.
This would suit an RF Engineer or similar, with a background in wireless communications, offering the chance to work with cutting-edge wireless technologies, travel across multiple European countries, and benefit from ongoing professional development-with all travel expenses covered.
The Role:
Design and develop RF systems for Land Mobile Radio (LMR) and gERRCS, ensuring all designs meet regulatory and GSRS SDS standards
Generate RF coverage plots, review BOMs, and lead technical design reviews based on data from GRID Mapping surveys
Perform quality assurance and peer reviews to ensure designs are accurate, efficient, and not over-engineered
Support full project lifecycle-from documentation and BOM tracking to system commissioning and final device enrolmentThe Person:
Experienced RF Engineer or Technical Engineer with a strong background in designing, managing, and delivering RF communication systems.
Proficient in MOTOTRBO Radio Management, SmartPTT, and other related radio communication platforms
