Job Description

RF Product Engineer – Telecommunications - Cambridge

A fast-growing semiconductor company is seeking an RF Product Engineer to support the development and delivery of next-generation RF modules and IC-based solutions, ensuring products transition smoothly from concept to customer-ready deployment.

What you'll do as an RF Product Engineer:

• Own product integrity across the full lifecycle
• Translate customer and market needs into clear engineering requirements
• Act as the technical bridge across RF, IC, software, test & manufacturing teams
• Define product validation strategies and ensure test coverage
• Support datasheets, application notes, and customer-facing materials
• Collaborate with manufacturing partners to ensure yield, scalability & robustness

What you'll bring as an RF Product Engineer:

• Experience with RF systems, modules, or mixed-signal/analog ICs
• Strong understanding of RF measurement, validation, and trade-offs
• Ability to translate high-level requirements into engineering execution
• Experience working across multidisciplinary engineering teams
