Job Description

Staff Nurse (IPU) Location: Lymington Contract: Full time Salary: £34,700 - £35,900 per annum Shifts: 37.5hrs per week We are looking for a compassionate, accountable, and skilled Staff Nurse to join our Inpatient Unit. If you are committed to delivering excellent care and supporting patients and families through challenging times, we want to hear from you. About the Role As a Staff Nurse, you will: * Assess patients’ care needs and develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care programs. * Deliver all aspects of care independently while supervising junior staff when needed. * Maintain ongoing contact with patients and their families, ensuring care is compassionate, respectful, and professional. * Administer medications safely and assist with their ordering and storage in line with NMC standards. * Work flexibly to provide continuity of care across the 24-hour service. * Contribute to a positive team environment, collaborating with professionals and volunteers across the care setting.
