Job Description
Mechanical Fitters
Peterborough
Days, and Nights – 9 hours a shift
5 on, 5 off – average 40 hours a week
£33.00 an hour inside IR35
Contract until December 2025
Become an integral part of a team helping to keep the rail network clear of leaves and ice during the autumn period
The Responsibilities:
Carrying out maintenance and repairs to on track maintenance equipment
Helping to check equipment following maintenance processes and document all work carried out
Candidate
Experience of carrying out maintenance and repairs
Will have worked on cars, vans, trucks or motor bikes etc
Must have a keen eye for detail.
Must be ok working shifts.
Must be able to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test.
