Our leading award winning architectural client is seeking a skilled Part 3 RIBA Architect, with an advanced knowledge of AutoCAD and good hand drawing skills for resi. scheme design. You should have experience with working with large developers doing multi-unit (100 unit plus) housing schemes at all stages ideally. Project Management skills also desired working with contractors, throughout design stages.
CAD primarily, Revit experience is welcome but not essential.
A minimum of seven years, experience is required mainly in the residential sector, with extensive project management experience for multiple residential projects.
A thorough understanding of planning and technical legislation is essential.
Candidates should be capable of both producing and managing the production of feasibility schemes and planning application material unsupervised.
You will need to be flexible, enthusiastic, able to work to tight deadlines
