Job Description
DCT Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Rigger to work on an exciting project at Shotton Mill, Deeside. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled professional to join a dynamic team on a well-established site.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely rigging and securing loads for lifting operations
Assisting crane operators and site teams with lifting activities
Inspecting rigging equipment to ensure it is safe and fit for use
Following all health & safety regulations and site procedures
Candidate Requirements:
Valid CSCS Rigger card essential
Proven experience working as a rigger on construction or industrial sites
Good understanding of health & safety standards related to rigging operations
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Additional Information:
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 07:00 to 18:00 with appropriate breaks
The role is paid at £30 per hour under CIS
The contract is initially for 3 months, with potential for extension depending on project requirements
