Job Description
Are you an experienced RMN ready to make a difference in mental health rehabilitation? We are looking to recruit an experienced and dedicated RMN Clinical Team Leader in Preston, to work within a 20 bed open rehabilitation hospital. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team focused on empowering adults with complex mental health needs.
This role offers a competitive salary of circa £44,000 per year, with family friendly hours working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm - supernumerary. You'll enjoy 35 days of holiday, including bank holidays, and benefit from paid handovers and NMC registration coverage. Additionally, there are career development opportunities and a supportive team environment.
As a RMN Clinical Team Leader, you will:
Provide clinical leadership and oversee high-quality nursing care
Lead on documentation, risk assessments, and medication management
Ensure effective communication across the multidisciplinary team
Reviews, admissions, and discharges
Support staff development through supervision and mentorship
Monitor physical health care and infection prevention standards
Conduct clinical audits and drive quality improvements
Ensure compliance with CQC standards and internal governance
Contribute to recruitment, retention, and a positive team culture

Registration as a Mental Health Nurse with a valid NMC PIN.
Proven leadership experience in a mental health setting
Strong clinical management experience.
