What You’ll Be Doing

Road Freight Operations

  * Account Ownership: Manage day-to-day operations for key road freight client accounts, acting as their primary operational contact.

  * Shipment & Solution Management: Oversee daily shipment flows, produce competitive quotes, and handle operational queries using your expertise to solve supply chain challenges.

  * Relationship Building: Form strong, lasting relationships with client teams to deeply understand their supply chain needs and delivery deadlines.

Customer Experience & Accuracy

  * Proactive Communication: Deliver an exceptional customer experience through prompt responses, proactive transit updates, and tailored service solutions.

  * System Accuracy: Input precise shipment details into internal transport management systems following standard operating procedures.
