Roadside Recovery Assistant – Glasgow
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000
Location: Glasgow
We are currently seeking a Roadside Recovery Assistant to join our team based in Glasgow. This is a vital role supporting the smooth and safe running of our fleet by responding to on-road breakdowns and carrying out effective temporary or permanent repairs.
Key Responsibilities:
Attend and repair vehicle breakdowns efficiently and safely
Source and book out parts as required for each job
Carry out high-standard repairs or temporary fixes to ensure vehicles can return to the depot
Complete accurate and timely breakdown records, ensuring all documentation is correctly filled out and submitted
Undertake any additional duties as directed by the Engineering ManagerWhat We’re Looking For:
Practical experience in mechanical repair and vehicle recovery
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude
A full UK driving licence is essentialWhat We Offer:
