Are you an experienced Roadside Vehicle Technician seeking a rewarding role with a reputable team in the Horsham area? We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Roadside Vehicle Technician position that offers an excellent opportunity to work within a dedicated patrol department across West Sussex. This role is ideal for skilled vehicle technicians with a passion for roadside assistance, diagnostics, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Competitive basic salary of £41,600 per annum, with potential earnings up to £66,000 OTE including bonuses and overtime

Responding to roadside recovery calls across Horsham and surrounding areas
Conducting vehicle diagnostics including tyre replacements, battery replacements, and fault detection
Recovering vehicles to local garages when repairs are necessary
Providing high-quality customer service whilst working in roadside conditions
Managing shift patterns that may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with a predictable rota
Ensuring vehicle and customer safety during roadside assistance operationsRequirements of the Roadside Vehicle Technician:

Proven experience in roadside assistance, vehicle recovery, or similar roles
Level 2 qualification as a Vehicle Technician or equivalent
Strong diagnostic skills with experience in tyre repairs, battery replacements, and fault detection
Resilient and professional attitude, able to work effectively under pressure
Excellent customer service skills, maintaining professionalism in challenging situations
Reliable and flexible, willing to work various shifts including weekends if required
