📍 Location: Worcester (Blackpole)
💷 Pay Rate: £14.89 per hour (Night Shift: 10:00 pm – 6:00 am)
🕒 Shift: Monday to Friday
📄 Contract Type: Full-time | Temp to Perm
An established and growing manufacturing business in Worcester is looking for a Robot Operator to join their dynamic team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stability, skill development, and a clear path for progression.

✅ Full Training Provided – Initial training will take place on the day shift before transitioning to the night shift.

Key Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor robotic systems and automated machinery based on production plans
Carry out quality checks to ensure all products meet internal standards
Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance to reduce machine downtime
Follow health and safety procedures at all times

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is essential
Familiarity with robotic systems or automated machinery preferred
Good mechanical understanding and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
