Role: Robot Welder
Type: Permanent
Pay: £15.69 per hour + Overtime (x1.5)
Hours: Alternate shift pattern
Week 1 - Mon-Thurs 6AM-2PM, Fri 6AM-1PM
Week 2 – Mon -Thurs 2PM-10:30PM, Fri 1PM-6PM
Location: Wotton-under-Edge
Are you a hands-on, detail-oriented individual with a passion for welding and automation? We’re looking for a Robot Welder to join our growing team and help deliver high-quality welded components using our state-of-the-art ABB robotic welding cells.

Job Description
Set up, load, and operate ABB robotic welding equipment
Ensure work meets ISO9001:2015 quality standards
Maintain excellent housekeeping and follow all Health & Safety requirements (including PPE use)
Support workshop activities — including cleaning, waste management, and general duties

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
Experience with robotic welding or machine operation (advantageous but not essential)
Ability to work well under pressure and meet production targets
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Keen attention to detail and commitment to a clean, organised workspace
