Responsibilities
Operate a roller machine efficiently and safely in accordance with project requirements.
Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations on-site.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and report any issues to the site manager.Qualifications
Valid CPCS card (essential).
Proven experience operating a roller machine in a construction or similar environment.
Strong understanding of health and safety protocols.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Day-to-Day As a Roller Driver, your day will involve:
Operating the roller machine for 9 paid hours per day.
Conducting pre-operation checks to ensure the equipment is in good working condition.
Collaborating with the on-site team to ensure smooth workflow.
Reporting any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly.
Contributing to the successful completion of the project at Luton Airport.Benefits
