Job Description
Danny Sullivan Group are looking for an experienced Roller Operator to join a major earthworks project near Aylesbury (HS2). This is a long-term opportunity offering a strong PAYE rate and the chance to work on one of the UK’s most high-profile infrastructure projects. If you’re a skilled and reliable Roller Driver with the right qualifications, we want to hear from you!
Job Description:
Full-Time Position (10 Hours/Day – Monday to Friday)
Starts ASAP
£19.18 per hour (PAYE only)
Paid Holidays ~ 28 Days/Annum
Bank Holidays
Sick Pay/Pension Schemes!

No Lodge or Travel Provided
Your Role:
Operating Roller machinery to compact materials safely and efficiently across the site
Supporting large-scale earthworks and groundworks operations
Carrying out daily maintenance checks and reporting any issues
Following all health and safety standards consistently
Requirements:
Valid Blue CPCS – Ride on Roller
Own transport (site not accessible by public transport)
Right to Work in the UK
Previous experience on large civil or infrastructure projects (2–3 years preferred)
Safety-aware, punctual and reliable
One working reference (Preferred)
