Semi-Skilled Welders and Technicians required for Upskilling Program
Do you have basic MIG Welding / MMA Welding / Mechanic experience?
Would you like the opportunity to become a Coded Welder?
Our client is looking for enthusiastic candidates with experience in basic Welding / Fabrication / Fitting for an exciting upskilling opportunity.
If you have worked within an engineering, welding production environment - our client is interested in engaging with individuals they can train up for more complex work within the Rail Industry.
This would be suitable for candidates from the following backgrounds:
* Production Welding
* Basic General Fabrication / Welding
* Gate and Fence/Barrier Fabrication
* Structural Steel Fabrication (Bench Work)
The client will engage successful individuals on a comprehensive training course - working closely with coded welders and trainers to bring candidates up to the coded standard required for a Freight Wagon Overhaul and Repair Project.
Starting Salary of £28,842.34 per annum, with overtime and technical financial incentives ultimately providing potential earnings opportunities of over £35k pa for a 4-day/night week.
