Job Description
Infinity Employment are seeking an experienced Romer Arm Operator fluent in PolyWorks.
Are you a skilled Arm Operator with a passion for precison! We are looking for a highly experienced professional fluent in PolyWorks to join our client in the quality control and inspection team.
3-month contract possibly to be extended.
£26 p/h LTD
Based in Wolverhampton
4O Hours per week
August start date
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate Romer portable CMM arms for dimensional inspection
· Use PolyWorks software to perform detailed inspections and generate accurate reports.
· Inspect complex parts, assemblies and tooling to ensure adherence to specifications.
· Interpret engineering drawings and GD&T requirements.
· Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Romer arms.
· Fluent in Polyworks Inspector – setup, probing, alignment, reporting.
· Strong understanding of GD&T and engineering drawings.
· High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
· Ability to work independently and within a team.
Qualifications required.
· Experience in automotive, aerospace, or precision engineering sectors.
· Additional CMM experience (e.g., Hexagon, FARO is a plus
Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £21.00-£26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
