Position: Roofer
Location: Merton, Croydon and surrounding areas
Salary: £40-45k plus van, fuel, benefits
We are currently recruiting an experienced roofer to join a well-established building and maintenance contractor specialising in domestic repairs.
Duties include:
Roofing repairs, felt flat roof work, slating, tiling, sheet lead work, flashing and other associated trades ie basic carpentry.
Use of scaffolding, towers, easi deck etc when required
Providing a high quality and efficient service to customers
Focus on Health and Safety at all times.
The ideal candidate:
Will have experience in repairs and fault finding to pitch roofs, felt flat roof works, slating, tiling, sheet lead work and flashings which are all essential.
A basic level of competency within other trades such as brick work and some basic joinery would be advantageous.
A driving licence is essential
Computer literate- able to use a tablet/PDA
