Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Roofer to join our maintenance team, delivering high-quality roofing repairs and installations across residential housing.
You will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of roofs and ensuring properties are protected from weather damage.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out roofing repairs including pitched and flat roofing systems
Replace tiles, slates, and repair felt and leadwork
Diagnose leaks and identify long-term solutions
Ensure safe working practices when working at height
Deliver excellent workmanship and customer serviceRequirements:
Proven experience in roofing across multiple systems
Experience in responsive maintenance (desirable)
Knowledge of health & safety when working at height
Ability to work independently and manage workload
