Job Description
Ivy Resource Group is seeking an experienced Roofer to join a national maintenance team working in Bristol on live commercial retail stores. This is a full-time, permanent role offering consistent local work, excellent support, and long-term career potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial store roofs
Perform visual inspections, repairs, and minor roofing installations
Replace tiles, felt, and rubber materials across flat and pitched roofs
Work safely and efficiently in live store environments
Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with the wider team
Requirements:
Minimum 5 years' experience in roofing (maintenance preferred)
Strong knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems
Full clean UK driving licence
Ability to work independently or as part of a two-person team
Ideally holds City & Guilds or equivalent qualification (not essential with experience)
Benefits:
£44,000 per annum
Company van with mounted cherry picker
Fuel card, tools, PPE, and training provided
25 days holiday + bank holidays
40-hour working week (no call outs)
Work limited to your local area (no extensive travel)
