Job Description
Roofing Gang Wanted – Kingspan Insulation Retrofit (2–3 Person Team)
Location: Pembrokeshire
Start Date: November 2025
Duration: Approx. 2 months (potential for follow-on contracts)
We are seeking an experienced 2–3 person roofing gang to carry out retrofit works installing Kingspan insulation panels on existing buildings across MOD sites in Pembrokeshire.
This is an excellent short-term opportunity with the possibility of further projects to follow.
What we’re looking for:

Proven experience with retro-fitting Kingspan insulation panels
*
Own tools, transport, and PPE
*
Strong track record working safely on roofing/insulation projects
*
Ability to work as a small self-sufficient team
