Job Description
We are looking for a Roofer Multi Trade in the London area working on property maintenance and building services for a family run business. The role comes with 40hrs of guarantee work and a company van and fuel card.
Benefits the Roofer Multi Trade person will receive:
£26 per hour (Self Employed payment basis available)
Company van and fuel card included
Company credit card
Weekly payments
Bank holidays off (Work available but not required)
Opportunity for full time employment
As the Roofer Multi Trade you will be responsible for:
All aspects of roofing works including repairs, replacements and new installations across pitched, flat and slate roofs.
Diagnose and resolve leaks or roofing defects
Install and repair leadwork, flashings, tiles, slates, felts and guttering systems
Undertake multi trade tasks as required, such as basic carpentry, plastering, painting, tiling, and general maintenance
The successful Roofer Multi Trade will:
Have Full driving license
A DBS check
