Requirements
What we're looking for:
Experience as a Roofer’s Assistant/Mate (desirable, but not essential)
A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
A full UK driving licence preferable
A willingness to learn and grow within the renewables sector
Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions
Reliability, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
Previous experience in solar installations is desirable, but not required – full training will be provided for the right candidate.
