Roofing Contracts Manager – Barry, South Wales
Salary: £40,000 – £55,000 (DOE) + Company Vehicle + Bonus Scheme
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Location: Barry (with travel across South Wales)
Are you an experienced roofing professional ready to take the next step in your career? We’re looking for a proactive and organised Roofing Contracts Manager to join our growing team based in Barry.
As a key member of our management team, you’ll oversee multiple roofing projects—ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate multiple roofing contracts from tender to completion.
*
Supervise site teams and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and safety.
*
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and surveyors to maintain excellent working relationships.
*
Prepare and review project schedules, budgets, and progress reports.
*
Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and risk assessments.
*
Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety and company procedures.
*
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and business growth.
About You:
*
Proven experience in a contracts or project management role within the roofing or construction industry.
*
Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems (pitched, flat, and/or industrial).
*
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
*
Full UK driving licence.
*
Relevant construction qualifications (SMSTS, CSCS, NVQ, or equivalent) are desirable.
