We are currently looking for a reliable and experienced Roofing Maintenance Operative to join our team in a permanent, full-time field-based role. This role involves travelling between various sites across London, Essex, and Hertfordshire.
You will be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks including aftersales works, leak investigations, and general roofing maintenance.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Attend reactive and scheduled maintenance visits

Investigate and resolve roofing leaks and defects
*
Complete aftersales work in a timely and professional manner
*
Ensure all works are carried out safely and to a high standard
*
Maintain strong communication with office staff and clients
✅ Requirements:

Proven roofing experience (flat or pitched roofing)

A proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently

Strong customer-focused approach with good communication skills
*
Full UK driving licence (required for field travel)
