Job Description
An excellent opportunity for a Roofing Manager has become available with a well renowned Main Building Contractor based near Stirling. You will be joining a company who work on a variety of projects in the Residential, Hospitality, Care and Industrial sectors. With a focus on Industrial projects currently, it is important that the Roofing Manager must have experience with cladding. The role will be office based with travel to sites across the Central Belt area. Completing projects to the highest standard has been a key factor in building their reputation across the country and they look to bring a Roofing Manager into the company who shares a drive to continue their high quality of work.
Responsibilities:
* Monitor the progress of projects and employees.
* Review scope of work, document changes and contracts.
* Provide regular updates to Senior Management.
* Liaise with clients.
* Review all specifications and change orders before the final close out of projects.
* Carry out method statements.
* Establish deadlines and budgets.
Essential:
* Demonstrable experience in a similar role.
* Cladding experience.
