Job Description
We're seeking an experienced and proactive Roofing Supervisor to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis in Berkshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled roofing professional with leadership experience to step into a long-term role with a growing company.
🔨 About the Role:
You'll be responsible for supervising complete re-roofing projects, ensuring high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency across residential and commercial sites.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate roofing teams on-site
Ensure all works are completed to specification, on time and within budget
Maintain strict health & safety standards
Liaise with clients, site managers, and suppliers
Conduct quality checks and report progress
🧰 Requirements:
Proven experience in complete re-roofing projects
Valid SSSTS certification
First Aid at Work qualification
CSCS card (valid and in date)
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret roofing plans and specifications
Full UK driving licence preferred
