A friendly and supportive 2-form entry primary school in Barnet is seeking an experienced Level 3 Room Leader to join their nursery team full-time. This is an ongoing position with no end date, offering stability and the opportunity to play an important role within a nurturing Early Years setting.

About the Role:
 As the Room Leader, you will take responsibility, ensuring a high standard of care and learning for all children. You will lead daily routines, plan engaging activities, support practitioners, and help maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.

What We're Looking For:
 ✔ Level 3 Practitioner / Level 3 Nursery Nurse qualification
 ✔ At least 2 years' experience working in a Baby Room
 ✔ Strong understanding of the EYFS framework
 ✔ Confident leading practice and supporting a small Early Years team
 ✔ Warm, nurturing and committed to building positive relationships with children, staff, and families
 ✔ Passion for child development and high-quality Early Years provision
