Salary: £500.00 – £550.00 per week
Are you an experienced Nursery Practitioner with the leadership skills to inspire others? We’re seeking a dedicated Room Leader to join a thriving nursery in LLanelli. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Nursery Practitioner who is passionate about early years education and ready to take the next step in their career.
About the role:
Lead and manage your room, creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.
Use your skills in planning, observations, and the new curriculum to drive children’s development.
Support, mentor, and motivate fellow Nursery Practitioners, ensuring the highest standards of care and education.
Build strong relationships with parents, staff, and the wider nursery community.
Promote Welsh language development – Welsh fluency is highly desirable.
Requirements:
Level 5 Early Years/Childcare (EYLP or EYLD) and/or Level 5 CCLD Management qualification.
Extensive experience as a Nursery Practitioner or in a senior nursery role.
Proven knowledge of planning, observations, and the new curriculum.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
Ideally fluent in Welsh.
