Room Leader
£16.44 per hour
Immediate start – July 2026
An ever-growing, popular and progressive Nursery setting are looking to appoint a new Room Leader for an immediate start. The successful Room Leader will immerse themselves into the heartbeat of the setting, located in the Seven Sisters area of Tottenham. The Nursery comprises of 4 rooms and is overseen by a friendly and supportive team
The Room Leader will undertake all operational aspects of the room. This will entail everything from creating exciting activities and opportunities to successfully leading a team of early years practitioners, modelling great practice and keeping safeguarding standards to a high standard.
The role is available 5 days a week, on a shift rotational basis. There will be opportunities for permanent appointment,
Requirements
The desired Room Leader will have.
- A Cache level 3 certificate in Early Years, or equivalent qualification
- A Fully enhanced DBS check registered to the Update Service
