Location: Pulborough, West Sussex
Hours: Full-Time (Shift pattern: 7:30am-4:00pm or 9:30am-6:00pm)
Pay: £14.00-£18.00 per hour (depending on experience & qualifications)

About the role:
Lead and inspire a team within your designated room, ensuring high standards of care and education
Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS
Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Monitor and support children's development, keeping accurate records and reports
Ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all childrenWhat we're looking for:
Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
Previous experience in a nursery setting, ideally in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding practices
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
A nurturing, enthusiastic, and proactive approachWhat we offer:
