Room Leader - Full-Time - Hammersmith & Fulham (W14)
Experienced Nursery Room Leader (Level 3 or above) - Full-Time - Immediate Start

A vibrant and welcoming Montessori nursery based in Hammersmith and Fulham (W14) is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Room Leader to guide their team and lead a room within their child-centred setting. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate educator to make a meaningful impact in a supportive, full-time role.

Your Role Will Include:
Leading the day-to-day running of the room in line with EYFS and Montessori principles
* Supporting and mentoring your team to deliver high-quality practice
* Planning and delivering engaging, age-appropriate learning activities
* Building strong partnerships with families and colleagues
* Ensuring all safeguarding, health, and safety procedures are upheldWho We're Looking For:
✅ A Level 3 Early Years qualification (or above)
✅ Proven experience in a nursery setting with leadership responsibilities
✅ Strong knowledge of the EYFS and child development
✅ A calm, confident, and motivating leadership style
✅ A current DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
✅ Availability for face-to-face interviews at the nursery immediately
✅ Willingness to work varied shifts, including 8 AM - 6 PM at least 3 days a week
