A thriving nursery in the heart of Hackney (E9) is seeking two experienced Room Leaders and two full-time Level 3 Qualified Nursery Practitioners to join their passionate team. With dedicated rooms for both babies and preschoolers, this is a fantastic opportunity to work in a nurturing, child-led setting that values teamwork, consistency, and high-quality education.

Lead the Baby Room (6 months - 1 year)
Lead the 3-Year-Old Room✔ Two Full-Time Nursery Practitioner Roles:
Support across age groups in a collaborative environment✔ Monday to Friday, Full-Time Hours:
Shifts between 8am-6pm, year-round✔ All-Year-Round Setting:
Not suitable for term-time-only candidates✔ Fantastic Hackney Location:
Based in E9 with great transport links from Stratford, Homerton, and surrounding areasYour Role Will Include:
Leading or supporting daily routines and high-quality learning in line with the EYFS
Creating warm, engaging, and inclusive learning environments
Building strong relationships with children, families, and staff
Leading your team in planning, observation, and assessment (Room Leaders)
Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety, and hygiene standards are consistently upheldWe're Looking For:
✅ Level 3 Early Years qualification (Full & Relevant)
✅ Experience in a nursery or EYFS setting
✅ Strong understanding of the EYFS and child development
✅ Excellent leadership (for Room Leaders), communication, and teamwork skills
✅ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to apply)
✅ Immediate availability and flexibility for full-time, year-round work
