Rostering Senior Specialist
Location: Worthing
Duration: 3 months
Working Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Rostering Senior Specialist to support the implementation of services onto the Optima rostering system. This is a short-term contract ideal for someone who can hit the ground running without the need for system training.
Key Requirements:
Proven expertise in rostering within healthcare or similar environments.
Fully conversant with Optima - able to implement services independently.
Strong understanding of workforce planning and scheduling principles.
Ability to work on-site in Worthing for the duration of the contract.Application Process:
