About the Role
As Royalties-In Manager, you’ll take ownership of all inbound royalty reporting across a large portfolio of international licensees. Leading a distributed team, you’ll ensure reporting is accurate, invoicing is timely, debt is managed, and systems are optimised for efficiency.
You’ll work closely with Finance, Commercial, and Operational stakeholders to maintain strong financial controls, support forecasting cycles, and continually refine processes to meet evolving business needs.

What You’ll Do
* Lead and develop a remote team of Royalties Managers and Executives across multiple regions.
* Review and optimise the team structure to support efficient delivery.
* Act as the system lead for the royalties/rights management platform, driving improvements and supporting further development.
* Oversee accurate and timely processing of all inbound royalty statements.
* Ensure all invoicing (minimum guarantees, overages, fixed fees, promotional fees) is completed correctly and on schedule.
* Manage cash collection and aged debt, including escalation when necessary.
* Oversee credit checks for new agreements.
* Set and monitor KPIs across royalty operations.
* Manage forecast cycles in partnership with Finance teams.
* Meet reporting obligations to licensors and internal stakeholders.
What You’ll Bring
* Previous experience managing royalties-in within a global business.
* Confidence leading remote teams across various time zones and cultures.
* Experience working with royalties management systems (any platform experience is welcome; WestEnd or similar is a bonus).
* Comfortable working independently and owning outcomes.
* Strong numeracy and financial awareness (formal accounting qualification not required).
* Exceptional attention to detail and a process-driven mindset.
* Solid leadership experience and a collaborative approach.
