TeacherActive is proud to be working with a supportive SEN school in Manchester that caters for pupils with a range of needs, including Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Speech, Language and Communication Difficulties (SLCN). The school is seeking a dedicated and compassionate RSE Teacher to deliver creative, engaging and meaningful lessons to secondary-aged pupils.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nurturing team who place relationships, communication, and personal development at the heart of their curriculum.
The successful RSE Teacher will:
Hold QTS or an equivalent teaching qualification
Have experience teaching in an SEN or alternative provision setting
Be confident supporting pupils with autism and communication needs
Deliver tailored RSE and PSHE content appropriate to individual abilities
Build strong relationships through patience, empathy and consistency
