🧩 About the Role We’re looking for an experienced Ruby on Rails developer who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is fluent in Dutch. You’ll be joining a dynamic team working on scalable web applications that support workforce solutions across the Netherlands. Your input will directly shape the tools used by employment agencies to match talent with opportunity.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
Building and maintaining Ruby on Rails applications
Collaborating with product owners and stakeholders (in Dutch) to refine requirements
Writing clean, maintainable code and automated tests
Participating in code reviews and agile ceremonies
Integrating APIs and working within a Kubernetes-based infrastructure🧠 What You Bring
Proven experience with Ruby on Rails (3+ years preferred)
Comfortable working independently and in a team
Fluent in Dutch (essential for client communication)
Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, Sidekiq, and Docker is a plus
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Git workflowsBefore You Apply
